Job Description
:Serve as a key member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Korea Leadership Team (KLT), developing and implementing AIG Korea's Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), while representing the group and divisions at the country level Establish and manage group-level goals and KPIs for AIG Korea (excluding MSD), overseeing division-level performance of CMD, CAD, and IES Korea, and managing the Industry Key Account Management (KAM) team Spearhead Korea's commercial strategy and execution at the group level Drive execution of strategic initiatives within and across divisions Orchestrate country and group-level Go-To-Market (GTM) synergies in focused market segments, with emphasis on key account management Foster collaboration with other groups to leverage company-level opportunities, initiatives, and synergies through the One Thermo Fisher Value Proposition Elevate group-level commercial excellence, channel management, ...
