**Opportunity**

The Senior Dining Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of a small outlet. They are responsible for all administrative and operational tasks including training staff, managing all guest requests, complaints and questions and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership. The Senior Dining Supervisor has to ensure financial targets for food cost, sales, profits, and expenses are met.
