Provide a range of legal expertise as part of the investments legal team, which works with business groups that focus primarily on Private Equity, Real Estate Equity, Private Debt, Private High Yield Credit, venture capital, acquisitions, securitization, derivatives, and other transactions. This position will also research, advise on, and prepare documentation related to regulatory and compliance matters. In addition, this position will provide a range of other legal research and analysis regarding one or more areas of law such as corporate, insurance, tax, securities, broker-dealer, investment company and investment advisory law. Provide well-reasoned, concise counsel on legal risks associated with current, proposed or anticipated business activities, balancing business-oriented goals with legal risk.
