About the role

Join CBRE's Global Litigation team as a Senior Litigation Counsel based in Singapore. In this role, under the general direction of and as part of the Global Litigation team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of claims, litigation, and regulatory matters across Asia.

What you'll do

• Manage claims, disputes, and litigation brought by and against the company.
• Manage all aspects of external counsel engagement, including communications, budget management and reviewing service levels.
• Advise internal business and legal teams on the company's position, risk appetite, and strategy in disputes.
• Investigate claims and complaints by or against the company, preparing detailed reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Investigations, Employment) to develop strategic solutions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
