Position Summary:

Tidewater is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative senior corporate paralegal who will primarily focus on corporate governance, securities and NYSE compliance, including global subsidiary governance and compliance, and related quarterly and annual processes. In this role, you will report to the Deputy General Counsel who along with the Assistant General Counsel leads securities, M&A, and corporate governance matters, and work closely with cross-functional business leaders throughout the Company, including the EVP, CLO & Corporate Secretary and other senior executives.
