Position Overview
Tim Hortons is seeking a passionate, social‑first storyteller to help shape the voice of one of Canada’s most iconic brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands the cultural moments that bring Canadians and Tims together – from sports and community traditions to the meaningful impact of Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help create engaging content that builds brand love and strengthens our connection with guests across the country. We’re looking for someone who is driven by great ideas, breaking the mould, strong collaboration and the opportunity to represent a brand that’s woven into the fabric of Canada. RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our Toronto, ON office.
