Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinateand develop Delta’s language personalization communications roadmap, focusingon the customer marketing experience.
+ Collaborateacross teams to assess localization requirements for international markets andmanage project workflows, needs, inputs, and relationships with translationvendors to ensure quality translations.
+ SupportDelta teams in delivering the right message to international audiences anddrive strategic implementations and improvements to grow a “Localization Centerof Excellence” at Delta.
+ Consult withstakeholders to identify and implement key initiatives for better customerapproach, partnering with business leaders to determine customer needs andoversee projects from inception to completion.
