Key Responsibilities


Executive Engagement & IT Brand

  • Interface with operational areas across the enterprise to advance IT’s presence, visibility, and strategic alignment through structured engagement and brand representation.

  • Own and manage IT Central as the primary product owner, ensuring the platform reflects current IT strategy, priorities, and Lincoln brand standards.

  • Proactively source and leverage industry data, emerging trends, and IT performance metrics to inform executive forums and strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain standardized IT brand standards, messaging frameworks, and artifacts used consistently across IT and the broader enterprise.
