**Job Description**

Join our team as a Facilities Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our facility's HVAC and electrical systems. **Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair refrigeration, kitchen equipment, heat exchangers, HVAC, electrical, and water systems throughout the facility.
+ Monitor, operate, and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, ventilating, and hot water systems.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment with minimal disruption to operations.
+ Conduct routine rounds, record system readings, analyze operational data, and take corrective action as needed.
