Manages full scope of work from preparation of proposal through construction. Duties include overseeing all technical aspects of Transportation/Roadway projects, reviewing all documents for quality control and quality assurance, and coordinating engineers and sub-consultants. Interacts directly with clients during the pursuit phase, design phase, and through the construction phase. Represents AVCON at industry forums and events.
