SR. CIVIL ENGINEER, OFFSITE INFRASTRUCTURE (STARLINK)

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Coordinate extensively with external agencies, including Department of Transportation (DOT), utility providers, and local/state/federal entities, to secure approvals, negotiate agreements, and drive project execution for off-site improvements.

+ Develop project requirements, schedules, and cost estimates through collaboration with contractors, fabricators, external stakeholders, and internal clients to ensure alignment and timely results.

+ Oversee the planning and implementation of off-site transportation and utility extensions, including water supply, wastewater conveyance, gas distribution...
