AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Operations (SMGS) is seeking a Sr. Resource Planning Lead within the Business Planning and Operations team globally supporting the AWS Specialists and Partners Organization (ASP). The Business Planning and Operations team drives organizational effectiveness by owning run the business operational cadences, building scalable mechanisms, and leading initiatives that improve field productivity. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and AI-enabled operations — responsible for transforming how ASP plans, deploys, and optimizes its workforce.

Key job responsibilities
