This is a remote position. Position Summary The Senior Business Analyst leads the Business Support Team the policy, requirements, analytics, and documentation engine of the FFSDCS contract. The role exists because the FFSDCS supports three distinct Medicare Part B payment programs (Average Sales Price, Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule, and the new Ambulance Fee Schedule data collection under BBA 2018 50203(b)), each with its own statute, rulemaking cadence, stakeholder community, certification workflow, and analytic output. No single person can hold all of that depth. The Senior BA orchestrates four fractional Subject Matter Experts to cover the policy surface area, two analysts to produce the data outputs CMS pays this contract to deliver, and a working rhythm that keeps the BST producing predictably even when ASP, CLFS, and Ambulance reporting peaks collide.
