Job Title: Senior Associate – Wire Payments

Location: BGC, Taguig City Department: Global Markets Operations – PB Wire Payments

About the Role:

The Senior Associate supports daily wire payments processing for Prime Brokerage clients, ensuring timely instruction, release, reconciliation, and issue resolution. The role minimizes operational and reputational risks by adhering to procedures, escalating issues efficiently, and partnering with internal teams, clients, and custodians.

Key Responsibilities:

o Ensure timely instruction and release of wire payments as per client advice. o Liaise with internal teams, agents, and client representatives for payment-related issues.

o Investigate and clear nostro reconciliation breaks.

o Work closely with Control & Accounting teams to resolve accounting breaks.

o Escalate items that pose operational risk to management.

o Monitor and act on market risks (e.g., buy-ins).
