Sr. Associate, Business Development - Hotel Connectivity Account ManagerThe Connectivity Account Manager role will own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, serving as the primary point of contact for both their technical health and commercial strategy. The majority of your focus is on operational tasks, including troubleshooting critical integration issues, monitoring supplier technical performance metrics like latency and uptime, and building/maintaining dashboards and alerts. The remaining time is dedicated to strategic account management, where you will analyze opportunities for content quality improvements and own the connectivity feature roadmap by translating partner pain points into clear product requirements.
