Job Title: Sr. Associate- Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay Process Operations

Required Languages: Malay & English

Location: Dalian, China (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, T&E, VMM and payment runs within TAT
• Provide required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
• Track and reconcile daily/monthly AP balance
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AP system
• Investigate situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict
• Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
• Handle most non-routine issues, escalating to management on a timely manner when they cannot be resolved
