**Position Purpose:**

The Sr. Analyst, Rental Infrastructure - Facilities will drive the operational excellence, asset longevity, and long-term strategy for the Rental's portfolio of 30+ Hub and Shop facilities. Serving as a central hub for day-to-day operations and lease administration, this role is responsible for establishing comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs, managing service requests via ServiceChannel. A successful Senior Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, advanced analytical ability, and effective communication. Combining robust financial acumen with forward-looking asset management, the Sr. Analyst will own capital budget forecasting, oversee vendor performance, and act as the primary liaison for property management and lease renewals.
