We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on operational excellence in our detection and response capabilities.

Your Impact

• Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud, and network security tools.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents (e.g., malware, phishing, unauthorized access, cloud/identity threats).
• Lead or support incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery, with proper documentation.
• Develop and optimize SOAR playbooks and automation to improve detection/response times (MTTD/MTTR) and reduce false positives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (DevOps, cloud, GRC, business units) to enhance security operations, support AI-driven initiatives, and improve tool strategy.
