Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end closing of accounts.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting records for accuracy and compliance.
• Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and maintain payment schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and support budget planning and forecasting.
• Process payroll and coordinate salary‑related accounting entries as required.
• Prepare and submit monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) returns and ensure timely tax deposits in compliance with FBR regulations.
