Position Overview

Honeywell Process Automation (PA) is seeking a sales leader to manage and grow sales in the Canada West region, primarily residing in Calgary or Edmonton, AB. The role focuses on developing, managing, and expanding business within a portfolio of industrial automation customers across oil & gas, refining, power, energy, biofuels, mining, chemical, pulp & paper, and related industries. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals and drive solution selling of PLC/DCS, QCS, instrumentation, industrial software solutions, system integration, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth inside a set of named accounts within the Canada West branch/region.
• Develop, own, and execute Account Action Plans based on the Canada West Regional Business Plan.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly orders and provide quarterly 'Walk to Plan' reports for the named account base.
