Job Description

What will you be doing?

SQE Management

  • Serves as the Management Representative for the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001), ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Facilitates and assesses the implementation of the KONE Integrated Management System.
  • Represents the country to external stakeholders in safety matters, under the direction of the Country MD or Functional Leadership (FL).

    • SQE Culture and Engagement

  • Promotes a proactive SQE culture, emphasizing the importance of safety, quality, and environment throughout the organization and fostering active engagement at all levels.
  • Promotes safety programs for end users to ensure the safe and sustainable use of elevators and escalators.

    • Local SQE Targets and objectives

  • Establishes country-specific SQE targets and focus areas aligned with Functional Leadership (FL) objectives.
