Speech Therapist (SLP) – Outpatient Focus with Multi-Setting Coverage

Pay Range: $36.71 to $44.05/hr (DOE) + $10,000 Stay Bonus

Our client is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist to join their rehabilitation team, providing care across the full continuum of services. Approximately 80% of time is spent in the outpatient setting, with additional coverage in acute care, swing bed, long-term care, home health, and hospice as needed.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize communication, cognitive performance, and safe swallowing function.
