**Position Purpose**
Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our mission-driven team in our **a** **cute care rehabilitation department at Saint Mary's Hospital.**
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for performing evaluations, direct patient treatment, and documentation for patients with mild-moderate cognitive deficit, neurological disorders, swallowing/oral motor impairment. SLP identifies appropriate goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals.

+ Performs comprehensive evaluations.
+ Establishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas, to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
