Qualifications:
+ Para-educator License with early childhood endorsement or CDA or 2 year Degree or higher preferred
+ Ability to work with challenging students
+ Be able to work with students academically and socially
+ Able to attend to personal hygiene of students
+ Assist in implementing the preschool curriculum and assessment
+ Good communication skills/Interpersonal skills
+ Responsible for documentation and record-keeping
+ Positive, caring, and patient individuals preferred
+ Enjoys working with students with behavior challenges
+ Knowledge and experience in behavior modification program preferred
