The **Specialty Equipment Technician** cleans, repairs, tests, and packages high end, specialty beverage equipment that uses the highest quality of premium coffees. All work performed will be documented and completed to meet quality assurance standards and accurate inventory control **.**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Disassemble, inspect parts for wear, damage and overall condition
+ Clean all components using appropriate methods and materials
+ Repair equipment as needed in accordance to factory specifications
+ Assemble and test equipment.
+ Perform thorough diagnostic test to verify equipment performance and safety standards.
+ Ensure all rebuilt equipment meets company standards and industry regulations.
+ Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs and tests performed.
+ Document accurate list of parts used.
+ Maintain inventory of parts at set par levels and tools necessary for specialty equipment refurbishing actives.
