What you can look forward to Specialist/Technical Lead - Electronics VAVE

  • Increases profitability by driving design changes or substituting suppliers by reducing overall BOM cost.

  • Achieve target in Electronics cluster which was agreed according to OP planning year on year.

  • Strategic partner for VAVE Team leaders (worldwide; member of the VAVE Team).

  • Lead Idea Generation & assist in continuous improvement to enhance performance of ZF Products.

  • Conduct Innovation and Idea Generation workshops with Internal & External stakeholders (suppliers) for Cost Down ideas.

  • Visit suppliers (global locations) to analyze their manufacturing process/materials/tooling costs.

  • Benchmarking of Competitor products and propose feasible cost saving ideas.

  • Gain approvals for Engineering change requests, establish Business cases, revise project plans and report status to VMT Team...
