Job Description

A high‑visibility opportunity for a seasoned risk management professional to drive risk strategy and loss‑reduction outcomes. This role offers the unique opportunity to analyse trends in the retail collections business and develop new strategic insights to drive business performance. The position includes identifying business and industry‑related trends and loss‑avoidance opportunities across the full suite of retail lending portfolios, including credit cards, auto finance, personal lending, small business banking, and real‑estate secured products. Regular analysis of key risk indicator trends and the development of new metrics are critical to reducing losses for the bank.
