Tracker is seeking services of a Specialist: Travel Desk to support various departments across the organization. To coordinate, manage, and optimise all organisational travel requirements in a professional, cost-effective, and policy-aligned manner. The role is quired to ensure seamless end-to-end travel arrangement, strengthen supplier relationship, and to deliver accurate travel data that supports operational efficiency, financial prudence, compliance, and employee experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Coordinate and confirm all travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers. Maintain an updated travel calendar across business units. Prepare accurate documentation for each booking (itineraries, confirmations, travel packs). Provide pre-travel briefings and updates.
