Tracker is seeking services of a Specialist: Travel Desk to support various departments across the organization. To coordinate, manage, and optimise all organisational travel requirements in a professional, cost-effective, and policy-aligned manner. The role is quired to ensure seamless end-to-end travel arrangement, strengthen supplier relationship, and to deliver accurate travel data that supports operational efficiency, financial prudence, compliance, and employee experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Coordinate and confirm all travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers.
• Maintain an updated travel calendar across business units.
• Prepare accurate documentation for each booking (itineraries, confirmations, travel packs).
• Provide pre-travel briefings and updates.
