Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly Orientation Programme
- Talent Development & Learning Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for learning and development programmes (e.g. training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, post‑programme evaluation)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors on scheduling, materials, venues, and participant communications
- Maintain and update training records in Workday Learning
- Assist in the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and utilisation summaries
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records related to training programmes
- Assist in data analysis and reporting (e.g. participation rates, completion status, programme feedback)
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and version control of TD&M materials according to guidelines and SOP
