Minimum qualifications:

+ Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
+ 2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination or related area
+ Experience SuccessFactors
+ Customer service experience
+ Knowledge of employment laws
+ Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
+ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
