About The Role

The Sales Operations Specialist is part of IMAX’s global Sales and Corporate Development organization with a focus on business reporting, sales materials management, and cross‑functional coordination. This role supports operational projects and initiatives that improve sales processes, tools, and communication to enable IMAX’s global revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Insights & Reporting

• Assist in sales reporting and deals system management to track global sales pipeline and deal signings.
• Maintain global sales shared drive, documentation, and prepare recurring sales reports (weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly).
• Assist in tracking sales expenses and compiling quarterly overviews.

Sales and Client Support

• Assist in creating and updating global sales presentations and materials.
