Could you be our next Specialist, R&D Contracts & Business Operations? The job is in our King of Prussia, PA, Maidenhead, UK or Melbourne AU office. This is a hybrid position and is onsite three days a week. You will report to the Associate Director R&D Contracts and Business Operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end business operations tasks for R&D contracts including required internal approvals, new vendor setup, contract execution, PO creation, and invoice resolution.
Draft and prepare a variety of contract templates (e.g., CDA, Service, Sponsorship, and HCP Agreements) in compliance wi...
