Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


  • The purpose of the Order Book Fulfillment Specialist is to support the company’s goal of being the preferred partner by providing superior supports to customers in each of the 4 regions

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders

  • Handling the delivery shortage claim

  • Process defective return orders for all customers, make sure all the customers return can be processed in a timely manner

  • Process take-back return orders for all customers, make sure customers’ take-back can be processed timely and correctly.

  • Process order transfer for all customers, make sure all the orders can ship out and meet customers request delivery date.

  • Work closely with internal co-workers with gift order book fulfillment. Make sure order forms are approved accordingly, valid ...
