WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

  • Enhance the training delivery effectiveness to ensure the riders are up to the level to support deals with our customers and vendors.
  •  Supervise the training teamwork from A to Z to ensure smoothness in the training delivery.
  • Track the newbie's accounts activation process, starting from the application submission on Arara until the accounts are activated in compliance with the pre-agreed process.
  • Develop the trainers’ profile through close observation of their common and individual opportunities and setting plans for improvement.
  • Enhance the training materials to match our continuously raised standards from a time to deliver the best customer experience
  • Collaboratively work with the Logistics quality team to conduct refreshment training for our riders who are not meeting the customers’ expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact with the internal and regional stakehold...
