Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent maintains an accurate inventory of hazardous waste stored on-site and schedules waste to the operating units to ensure safe and compliant management of the waste within permitted capacity limits, and maximize waste treatment throughput and cost efficiency through treatment efficiency and scheduling.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arranges and tracks shipments for waste received at facility to be transported to another disposal location.
Maintains accurate and updated inventory of all waste and reagents stored on site.
Generates and analyzes inventory and waste aging reports.
Creates load composition for outbound shipments to a Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF).
Generates shipping paperwork.
Coordinates shipping schedules with outbound transporters and TSDF's.
