Purpose of the Role

As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sourcing of goods and services that enable all cost‑cap excluded functions at McLaren Racing—from Marketing and Commercial to IT, Finance, People Team and Business Performance. The team plays a key role in ensuring strategic procurement decisions align with the new cost cap regulations introduced in Formula 1 in 2026, so demonstrating strong initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work proactively under time pressure is key.
