What is this role about?

The Specialist (Human Resources ) ensures compliance with policies and labor laws, handles onboarding, supports recruitment, manages payroll and benefits, and represents the company at external events. This role supports the dealership's growth by ensuring compliance, improving employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment, directly contributing to operational success and customer satisfaction.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure all dealership processes comply with company policies and labor laws;
• Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring smooth integration into the dealership and familiarity with processes and culture;
