**Job Overview**
Under appropriate guidance, ensure that personal administration and HR processes are executed in-country in full compliance with local labor legislation, Core HR standards, and corporate policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ With limited guidance, deliver comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across assigned service areas, business units, or functions.
+ Independently manage HR-related inquiries and collaborate with senior HR team members and line management as required to address complex issues.
+ Manage employees in accordance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws, including responsibilities related to hiring, terminations, sick leave/absence administration, maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation, proactive tracking of expiring contracts, employer statements and references, operational support for local HR communications/intranet content, and employee relations matters.
