About the role

Reporting to the Corporate Communication Manager, this role supports the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, stakeholder relationships, and Thiess Indonesia’s corporate reputation.

You will play an important role in creating engaging communication materials, managing digital communication channels, supporting campaigns and events, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with Thiess values and business objectives.
