Job Description

Description:

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of relevant experience. This role involves supporting the Global Financial Crime (GFC) team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare responses to routine inquiries.
  • File and log referrals to the team.
  • Administer the Third-Party Providers (TPP) Committee.
  • Schedule meetings involving multiple teams and senior leaders.
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Support GFC project management by tracking outstanding actions and following up with action owners.
  • Support GFC information requests by collating responses and following up with non-responders.
