• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute category strategies that align with company growth targets and market trends.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional support with suppliers to ensure competitive margins.
• Digital Merchandising: Optimize product placement, searchability, and cross-selling opportunities on the web and app.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, margins and assortment efficiency.
