Job Purpose

Support the Global PMO team in implementing Accelerated Digitalization project management plans and processes to enable the successful and timely delivery of digital initiatives across Empresa confidencial General Forwarding.

Main Tasks

Project Management Support

• Apply and support established project management standards, processes, and governance to ensure consistent delivery across digitalization initiatives.
• Assist project teams with planning activities, including cost estimations, resource coordination, and timeline preparation.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring transparency and timely escalation where needed.
• Support the resolution of operational issues to help maintain delivery momentum.
