The Specialist, Employee Central - Benefits is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for backend processes around employee benefits. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee benefits.

In close collaboration with HR BP, the Specialist, Employee Cetral - Benefits will serve about 1.000 employees within PH and Asia Pacific, in several times zones, within multiple company sites, more than 7 legal entities .

**Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Execute and run backend processes around employee benefits. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
+ Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
