About The Opportunity:
Join our APAC People Services Team as a People Services Specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end Hong Kong People Operations activities that require local regulatory knowledge, physical presence, and system access.
This role works closely with the APAC People Services Hub, local People Partners, and in-country stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of employee lifecycle processes. You will operate within established guidelines while continuously building your expertise in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and IRD requirements.
Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new joiners — including Workday profile creation, Personnel file management, Day 1 orientation, MPF form collection, benefit group enrolment, and welcome communications.
