Specialist – Financial Management JBS Lease Administration

Reporting to: Team Lead/Assistant Manager Lease Administration. Key Stakeholders: Account managers, Hub Leads, Clients and their teams. Direct Reports: nil.

Responsibilities

• Work independently without close supervision.
• Act as primary contact for all parties to keep the lease administration database current and accurate.
• Liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation and manage document workflow to ensure team responsibilities are completed timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to complete workload accurately.
• Generate monthly reporting packages including critical date and portfolio summary reporting, audit works completed, Operational Expense Recon, and update the Lease Administration system.
