Special Education Teacher – Maternity Leave

Position Overview

Phaxis Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to help support one of our school partners for a maternity leave coverage. The educator will be responsible for teaching 7th grade as a Facilitated and Instructional Math Teacher. Facilitated is co-taught & instructional is academically self-contained for that subject - generally or more years below grade level. However, they utilize a grade-level curriculum that is accommodated and/or modified. The caseload size is anticipated to be anywhere between 16-18 students.



This position would begin August 12th and would run through approximately November 8th of 2026 with a possibility of extending beyond this!
