As a Special Education Paraprofessional at Rebecca School, you will provide individualized support to students with developmental and social-emotional needs. Youll play a vital role in helping students reach their goals by assisting with instruction, communication, and daily routines.

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education or human services preferred
• Experience supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging behaviors
