Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight. As a Special Assistant, GS-0301-14, you will serve as Special Assistant and Senior Analyst to the Director of CCIIO to coordinate and provide technical assistance and direction relative to the operation and administration of the CCIIO functional areas and strategic priorities. Responsibilities Plans and performs special program reviews, studies, evaluations, and analytical studies on practices related to CCIIO programs, Agency programs, or HHS directives. Evaluates the effectiveness of existing policies and reviews new policy and legislative initiatives for potential impact on CCIIO.
