Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales service
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on Dyson products, policies, and industry trends
